My third reveal this August is Pansies in Crocks. An oil painting that translates the image of flowerage outside a Swedish dwelling, which is so typical and so charming!

This creation was inspired by the photograph outside my cottage at Hackebo 2, Hjo, Sweden in 2023. A lovely stay I had along the shores of second largest lake in Sweden, Vättern. 

Pansies reminds me of my sister Mari, who usually planted these as part of her decor every year. Plants, flowers and the beauty they provide, is also important to my second sister Maggan, as they are to so many of us. 

Beauty is important, and I think Life has shown us that by providing these wonders for us to feast upon.
